At Material Good, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every item we curate. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
